I believe we did have a Guerdo group a long time ago, at least I think we did, I might be thinking of something else though. And sir, I do so hope you're not Ganon. You'll find his name in red a lot here, I do believe he did something and got into a loooot of trouble and we had to send L,HOT, Or Link, Hero of Time, to kick his butt.

The Gorons, though... we do like people with power and some attitude. But, by all means, if you wish to be crushed under the Vanguard's heel... you could always join either the Zora or the Kokiri.

It was at this time that the idea of a Goron Vanguard was forged. The weak were not permitted admittance into the Vanguard. Only those strong enough to help themselves are strong enough to lend to our cause. If you're not strong enough, don't even ask - simply join the Kokiri or the Zora - they'll accept anything we cast aside.

But if you think yourself useful... perhaps we could find some purpose for you.

Yeah... I was gonna mention that. I'm 100% Hylian-blooded, but I'm a Sworn-Brother to the Goron Vanguard - the only race that has ever created a blade more powerful than the Master Sword. The only race to boast a leader so strong, he himself would have saved his people from the fearsome Volvagia, had I not shown up when I did. The only race to dance better to the music of the Kokiri than the Kokiri themselves.
