Many of us here at LoZ are great fans of the Zelda series, obviously, but not exclusively. We have many other games we are quite fond of, and might even like more than Zelda. Why, then, do we visit this site, post on its forums, read its content? Simply put, there is no online following for any other game quite like there is for the Legend of Zelda.

Nathan over at ZeldaInformer put it eloquently himself:

“Zelda is simply better then the rest as a franchise…Zelda games always leave us wanting more…Zelda leaves a lot of questions to be answered…in short, Zelda connects with the player in ways no other game seems able to accomplish.”

I couldn’t agree more, as I’ve said similar things in the past. Remember the Pinnacle Award of the Lozzies? In the end, Nathan’s Article about the Community is not a far cry from that, and I am glad that more sites are acknowledging the uniqueness that our community thrives on.

That’s what keeps all of this going in the end: community. So, as Nathan said, enjoy it, no matter what site you visit the most. I’d thank you, but then I’d just be a copy-cat.
